Abstract

Professor Zinfer Rishatovich Ismagilov was born on 15 October 1947, he graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 1969, PhD student at the Institute of Catalysis 1969- 1972, Candidate of Science (PhD) in 1974, Doctor of Science 1988, Full Professor 1991, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Science 2011 and academician of Russian Academy of Science 2019.

His carrier at the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis started in 1972 as a young scientist and later succeeded as the head of the laboratory and head of the department.

In 2010 he moved to the city Kemerovo for the position of Director of the Institute of Coal Chemistry and Material Science of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
