Mixed catalysts were prepared on the basis of a synthesized high-silica ZSM-5 zeolite and an electroexplosion nanosized zinc powder. The influence of Zn concentration in a zeolite on its acidic and catalytic properties in the reaction of C2-C4 low alkanes aromatization as well as the catalyst deactivation resulting from carbonization were studied.
